This is a professional Business Operations Associate position providing support to the Institute of Continuing Judicial Education (ICJE) of Georgia. Position duties can include assisting with financial and budget processing, general business administration, Trustee meetings and reports, and the day to day business operations of the ICJE office. The Business Operations Associate is expected to be knowledgeable of relevant policies and procedures and advise other ICJE staff as needed.
This position involves use of a P-Card.
- Financial Transactions:
- Manage/track ICJE revenue sources
- Prepare budget/actuals reports, initiate budget and accounting transactions
- Maintain internal records and reconcile financial transactions
- Initiate ICJE related payment/expense reimbursements
- Initiate P-Card purchases within policy and maintain necessary records. Maintain knowledge of P-Card policies and any state purchasing division contracts relevant to ICJE.
- Manage credit card reconciliations
- ICJE Trustee Meetings:
- Create and present reports, including financials
- Organize and conduct meeting logistics
- External Support:
- Coordinate and manage contracts with landlord, etc.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate logistical support for International ICJE programming
- Maintain and reconcile property and software inventory log
- General Office:
- Order and procure office supplies
- Policy Support:
- Provide guidance on operating policies, rules and mandates from various organizations
- Associate's degree or equivalent and 2 years of related experience
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM. Some evenings and weekends required. This role is an in-person position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000+

- P-Card required; this role involves use of a P-Card.
- Credit check required for all positions with financial responsibilities.
