Principal Specialist, Packaging Training & Compliance

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Principal Specialist, Packaging Training & Compliance for a position with a Global Pharmaceutical Company located in Athens, GA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role will lead the Packaging (PKG) documentation team to support production through batch documentation review, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and document creation/revision in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.

The specialist will also develop, review, and maintain the training program to meet all compliance and packaging requirements. Responsibilities:
Lead the Packaging document specialist team through daily operations Develop, review, and maintain an up-to-date training program to meet all compliance and packaging requirements Oversee the review and approval of manufacturing records, deviations, product holds, change controls, and CAPAs to release product Act as a subject matter expert for routine production issues related to deviations and product dispositions Implement effective CAPAs to mitigate potential issues in deviations and audits Conduct or assist with performance evaluations and development discussions Perform all business in accordance with regulations (e.g., EEO, USDA, EU, EMA) and company policies Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant scientific discipline

Experience with batch documentation review, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs Understanding of compliance procedures and regulatory requirements Demonstrated high ethical and professional standards Pay range: up to $32.85 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
