WePartner, YiFan, and Chu Chat have teamed up to create unforgettable events both indoors and outdoors, and we're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Program Director / Event Planning Director with a strong sales focus. This role is perfect for someone who not only has a passion for planning and executing events but also excels at selling event services and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of indoor and outdoor events.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events.
  • Monitor event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the day of the event.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
  • Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing indoor and outdoor events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for events planning/creating a positive environment and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
