Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications- Experience applying formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks)
- Experience in higher education or large, complex organizations
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or large‑scale organizational initiatives
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, organizational development, or internal communications strategies
- Experience collaborating across functional areas such as project management, communications, training, or IT service delivery
The Change Management Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating organizational change management efforts for Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) initiatives, enterprise systems, and services. This position focuses on assessing organizational readiness, understanding stakeholder impacts, and developing structured change strategies that support adoption, minimize disruption, and sustain long‑term success.
