Position SummaryThe Terry Business Office Team Lead oversees and coordinates fiscal operations for assigned departments and units. The position has supervisory responsibility and serves as liaison between other Terry teams to facilitate effective workflow and operations. This role will focus on master's programs and International Business for Terry. This includes the Full-Time MBA, Executive MBA, Professional MBA, Online MBA, Master of Science in Business Administration, and the programs coordinated by International Business.
This position reports to the Terry Business Office under the leadership and supervision of the Administrative Financial Director. This role will receive guidance from the Unit Heads to ensure faculty, staff, and departmental needs are met.

- Ability to develop and manage key relationships and create networks of people to accomplish objectives.

- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports, investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions, perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects, make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
