Job Title

Description Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned

• Participate in projects as designated by mentor to increase understanding of company operations and HR processes and make potential improvements to the processes and procedures. Examples may include:
• Perform clerical duties, take calls, maintain files, and organize documents
• Assist with employee recognition programs
• Assist with SOP implementation and certification
• Assist in preparation of employee communications, HR events, and team member events as necessary

• Team Members Observe & enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
• Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization

Skills And Abilities

Currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year program. Human Resources, Agriculture or Business Management is preferred. Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills. Strong project management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills
