Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent based GA. The Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, enforcing safety regulations, supervising subcontractors, managing schedules, and resolving any on-site issues. The role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications- Proven experience in construction management, project coordination, and site supervision
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, building codes, and construction regulations
- Leadership and team management skills with experience managing subcontractors
- Proficiency in scheduling software, project management tools, and related construction technology
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in commercial or governmental construction projects is a plusi
