Aranda Industries is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our underground utility construction crews. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

• Manage and lead a crew of 4-6 team members on underground utility construction projects.
• Oversee the operation of heavy equipment on job sites.
• Coordinate and communicate with inspectors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor job progress, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.
• Provide hands‑on assistance and leadership to the team as needed.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and worksite organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in underground utility construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with inspectors, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Proficient in operating and supervising the use of heavy equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to start immediately
