Landmark Properties is seeking a Civil Manager to act as a liaison between Pre-Construction and Development for 2–4 urban or cottage projects. You will guide due diligence, entitlements, plan production and permitting until handed off to the Landmark Urban Construction team.
The role requires coordinating with Development, AHJs, city officials, engineers, and internal teams; reviewing agreements, creating schedules, and ensuring timely permit submissions.
