Assistant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, leading crews in the field, and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Top Dawg standards. You’ll work closely with leadership to coordinate schedules, support team performance, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• $20–$27 per hour based on experience.

• Support daily scheduling, dispatching, and job coordination.
• Assist in leading and supervising crews in the field.
• Step in to help with customer communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Help train and develop team members on company standards and procedures.
• Oversee truck readiness, equipment, and job supplies.
• Provide on‑site support, including estimates and job walkthroughs when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support management with reporting, performance tracking, and operations improvement.

• You are reliable, organized, and take initiative.
• You communicate clearly with both customers and team members.
• You stay calm and effective in fast‑moving situations.
• You enjoy leading people and helping others improve.
• You take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution.
• You’re comfortable balancing office responsibilities with field work.
• You hold yourself to a high standard of professionalism.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items when needed in the field.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong leadership, customer service, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience in moving, junk removal, construction, or logistics is a plus, but not required.
