Serclean is seeking a Project Manager in Athens, GA to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects after water mitigation. You will schedule crews, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary contact for homeowners, insurers, and internal teams.
Requires 3+ years in reconstruction, proficiency with Xactimate/DASH/Docu Sketch, and knowledge of Georgia building codes. Travel within Georgia and to TN/FL as needed. A company vehicle is provided along with benefits.
