Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection for  and  Equipped with a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad, they create virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential homes. Each photographer has a core territory in which they service clients of  and  Photographers have appointments set for defined dates and times, scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, capturing virtual tours and floor plans, and also perform residential photography for marketing.

This role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team. Photographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing beautiful 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• While not working on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to eight hours per day; lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to five pounds; repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment; occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying; ability to work and drive outside during all seasons; ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least two years of professional experience; real‑estate photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time‑management skills and highly detailed‑oriented.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a driving record/abstract check required.

An hourly wage equivalent to $49,000 – $50,000 annually, plus monthly bonus‑eligible payments based on performance metrics. The position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible.
