As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more. What should I bring to the interview?

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, and new account setups.
  • Provide problem-solving support and act as a trusted resource for customers, going beyond scripts to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED required
  • Typing

    Skills:

    Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with the customer; intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
  • Availability:
    Open availability 7 days a week
  • Pay Expectation:
    On-site CSR pay rates start at $13/hr during training
  • * Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
Site Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily
  • Live within 50 miles of the physical location in Athens, GA (Homewood Shopping Center 2411 Jefferson Rd Suite A Athens, GA 30607)
  • Extroverted, collaborative, and comfortable with social interaction, in-person mentoring, and opportunities for growth
