The Auxiliary Summer Ambassador serves as a key representative of UGA Auxiliary Services, educating first‑year, transfer students, and their supporters about campus services during summer orientation. The role includes engaging orientation visitors, supporting major events, leading tours, and assisting with promotional activities to facilitate a smooth transition to campus life.

• Engage with new students to answer questions and facilitate discussions about Auxiliary Services
• Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation activities and materials
• Educate attendees on the operations and benefits of Auxiliary programs on campus
• Introduce new students to Auxiliary Services locations and amenities

• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse audience
• Positive, welcoming attitude to create inclusive, engaging environments
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to assistance
• Collaborative team‑member abilities
