This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits.
Job DescriptionThis Part-time Aquatic Service Leader will provide customer service, clerical, and cash handling functions. The ideal candidate must have customer service experience including excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essential Duties- Providing customer service
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers
- Performing basic office duties, such as copying; filing; typing; entering data; and preparing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Managing cash handling
Salary will be dependent on education and experience.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be at least 16 years old
- Two years of customer service experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
