Responsibilities- Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating operation during UGA Athletics game days.
- Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests while maintaining a service first and solution‑minded attitude.
- Present exceptional interpersonal skills, via in‑person or radio, by communicating with multiple constituent groups on game days including staff, donors, vendors, etc.
- Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Perform all pre‑game, in‑game, and post‑game duties specific to the position as assigned by the Director of Premium Seating.
- Assist in game week preparations of the Premium Seating operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a team‑oriented environment preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40 lbs; stand for long periods of time; handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
- Close and distance vision, and peripheral vision; talk or hear and manage the noise level in the work environment, which is usually moderate but can become high during athletic competitions.
- Driving as needed for job duties.
