Premium Seating Game Day Ambassador - Non-Student
Assist Premium Seating Directors with operational management of premium seating during UGA Athletics game days. Provide high levels of customer service to all Premium Seating guests while maintaining a service‑first and solution‑mindful attitude. Present exceptional interpersonal skills via in‑person or radio communication with multiple constituent groups on game days, including staff, donors, vendors, etc. Maintain exclusivity of premium areas by monitoring entry points, reviewing tickets, and implementing policies and procedures.
Perform all pre‑game, in‑game, and post‑game duties specific to your position as assigned by the Director of Premium Seating. Assist in game week preparations of the Premium Seating operations.
Other duties as assigned.
