The Classic Center is seeking a guest-focused, energetic Event Parking Supervisor to lead our parking team during events. WhatYou’ll Do
- Supervise and support parking attendants to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Coordinate parking operations and staff assignments during events.
- Monitor traffic flow and implement parking plans to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of parking facilities, elevators, and common areas.
- Ensure parking equipment, signage, and traffic control devices are functioning properly.
- Address guest concerns and promote a positive customer experience.
- Review incident reports and maintain operational documentation.
- Assist with facility maintenance, preventive inspections, and special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of experience in parking operations, facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and parking-related technology systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.

ScheduleThis is a part-time 20-25 hours a week, event-based role. Flexibility is key—our events happen evenings, weekends, and holidays, and we’ll count on you to help make them shine.
The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
