Position Summary
Perform administrative and customer service related tasks for the Parking Services department to support in‑office sales and operations. Apply standard business and customer service practices with professional guidance and supervision in a small business environment with advanced computer software, money handling procedures, and customer interactions on a large scale.
Responsibilities- Front line cashier – sell permits (40% of time).
- Answer telephone calls and greet visitors, provide general information, and deliver oral and written messages.
- Input received data into the computerized system (20% of time).
No prior experience necessary.
Skills- Ability to multi‑task.
- Good customer service skills.
- Basic keyboard/computer skills.
- Basic language, spelling, communications, and math skills.
Work hours:
5 pm – 9 pm. Selected finalists must attend a three‑week training session during regular business hours prior to starting the normal shift.
