Ring is seeking a bilingual Technical Customer Support representative to assist Spanish and English speaking customers with general and technical issues. You will engage directly with customers, resolve device, account, and billing concerns, and act as an advocate to improve the customer experience.
The role requires 2+ years of customer service, flexibility for shifts including weekends, and fluency in Spanish; experience with Salesforce CRM and Ring/Eero devices is preferred.
