Customer Experience Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering professional and personalised service
• Understand clients' needs and provide timely support throughout their engagement journey
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and service-related activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
• Resolve client enquiries professionally while maintaining high service standards
• Support client retention initiatives and contribute to the firm's long-term relationship management objectives

• Singaporean/PR
• Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognized Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, or premium customer service will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
• Professional, confident, and well-groomed with a strong customer service mindset
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
