Frontend - S $15.95/hour
Backend - S $14.50/hour
Office hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Description- Handle enquiries from grant recipients via email and live chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information on scheme eligibility, payouts and application-related matters.
- Maintain a professional, patient and customer-centric approach when interacting with recipients.
- Record and document summaries of customer interactions in the case management system.
- Escalate complex cases and operational issues to supervisors where required.
- Support operational and administrative tasks related to scheme administration as assigned.
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
