• Flexible work week: 3 half day clinics, 3 half days in endoscopy, 1 half day in hospital cases - 2 half days off
• Join 3 other providers and 5 midlevels in a collegial and supportive team
• 1 week of call every 10 weeks, midlevels will be seeing consults while you are on call
• Option for practice partnership/endoscopy center after Year 1 with small buy-in
• Base compensation, plus bonuses and eventual partnership revenue
