Position Summary: The MBA/MSBA Career Training and Development Specialist is a vital strategic partner in the professional success of our graduate business students. This role blends expert one-on-one and group career coaching with the design and delivery of high-impact training programs, focusing on essential skills for consulting, analytics, and technology careers. By proactively managing and optimizing the career technology ecosystem, this specialist ensures students have access to the most relevant tools and resources.
A key responsibility is to leverage data to identify skill gaps, source innovative solutions, and continuously enhance the career services platform to empower students in a competitive job market.
