Additional Schedule Information:

• Office hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and flexible hours are available to accommodate varying class schedules.
• Office assistants can work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year, and it is recommended that they work no less than 12 hours per week. They can also work additional hours during breaks when classes are not in session.
• If the office assistant is not in classes during the summer, they can work up to 40 hours per week.
