High school diploma or equivalent

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Production Manager of Print & Copy Services, the Digital Print Technician’s primary duties include, using digital print equipment to produce a variety of print products for customers, filling customers’ requests in an accurate and timely manner, and performing various finishing duties. The Digital Print Technician will also assist with monitoring and directing the work of student employees in the production area of the shop in coordination with the Production Manager, provide general information to customers, answer incoming phone calls when necessary, provide excellent customer service, and occasionally deliver printed materials to customers by foot, bus, and/or departmental vehicle.
