Salary: $962.25 monthly stipend

• Facilitate and teach 4‑H in‑school club meetings.
• Prepare students for 4‑H Project Achievement.
• Attend 4‑H Summer Camp.
• Design and implement community service projects.
• Assist with other 4‑H base programming and day‑to‑day activities.
• Provide transportation to youth.
• Recruit, screen, train and engage volunteers for the county 4‑H Volunteer program; coordinate the volunteer registration database.
• Track, document and report Ameri Corps performance data, including administering surveys and completing monthly reports.
• Attend local, district, and state program activities and events, and complete required webinars and training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship with proof of citizenship.
• Passion for service and independent judgment.
• Experience working with youth (preferred).
• Ability to plan, develop, and direct educational programs for youth.

Driving, light lifting, occasional outdoor work in adverse climate.
