Administrative Program Coordinator
Position Summary:
This is a grant-funded position. The Administrative Program Coordinator will support the College of Health Sciences and Professions and the Ohio Alliance for Population Health with statewide continuing education initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain curriculum and coordinate the learning management system.
• Produce reports, agenda items, statistical data, and other materials to support curriculum development and maintenance.
• Update training menus, calendars, and manage collection and reporting of data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding program requests, inquiries, and questions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and less than 3 years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day issues, conduct data analysis, and provide informational insights to support decision making.
• Experience with educational program design, community needs research, and organizing educational workshops is preferred.
Additional Information:
• This role is primarily desk-based, with occasional travel to attend meetings and programs.
• No supervisory or budgetary responsibilities; may assist with training student employees.
• Pay Range: $43,888.00–$62,459.00 (Pay Grade 15).
