• Gain exposure and experience with all Olympic Sports teams and departmental services.
• Provide sport‑specific nutrition education to teams and engage in individual nutrition counseling with student-athletes.
• Manage fueling stations for team sites, weight room, and centralized department sites.
• Assist in managing undergraduate student interns and volunteers.
• Oversee product and inventory management including receiving, deliveries, and storage room organization, including fueling station maintenance and quality/food safety standards.
• Assist with Training Table meals and planning pre‑competition and recovery meals, and provide counsel for proper nutrient timing and plate coaching.
• Facilitate departmental nutrition education, campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Perform body composition assessment using Bod Pod and DXA technologies.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate nutritional supplements.
