• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards to promote active learning and student engagement
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages respect, collaboration, and inclusivity among students
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support growth
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles and individual needs, ensuring all students can succeed
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development and address any challenges proactively
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioral observations in compliance with school policies
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and certification requirements

• Valid certification as a licensed or certified teacher in the relevant subject area or grade level
• Prior experience working with students in an educational setting, ideally including university experience or similar academic environments
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learners
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and families
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics confidently while maintaining a positive learning environment
