ResponsibilitiesAssist the coaches in setting up equipment used during individual skill sessions, team practices, and conditioning sessions. Assist the director of operations in organizing and coordinating office tasks related to daily operations.
Additional responsibilities include daily upkeep, set up for teams and breakdown after completion of workouts; maintenance of equipment, weekly and daily cleaning assignments or any other duties as assigned by the designated coach.
PercentagesEquipment and coaching assistance: 70%
Additional duties: 30%
QualificationsExperience as a high school Track & Field athlete or working with a high school program.
Physical DemandsStand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, feel; and reach with hands and arms. Sit and talk or hear. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Requires close, distance, and peripheral vision. Typical noise level is moderate.
