This position/appointment has funding available for 1 year beyond the start date, with the possibility of renewal based on job performance, the needs of the project, availability of financial support, and mutual supervisor/employee agreement.

Duties/Responsibilities:- Development of computational models for cell migration and cell stiffness. (60%)
- Testing of developed models and validation. (30%)
- Drafting and preparing papers outlining the research and findings for publication. (10%)

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position:- PhD in Engineering or related field
- Experience with particle-based simulation of cell biomechanics
