Assistant or Associate Professor
The Department of Management Information Systems in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for one full-time tenure-track faculty position at the assistant or associate professor level. The position will begin fall semester 2027, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2027.
Candidates should upload a cover letter, a vitae, a research statement, a teaching statement, and contact information for three references (including email address) by October 1, 2026 to ensure full consideration. Minimum Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in information systems or a closely related discipline from an AACSB accredited institution or international equivalent.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or
Competencies:
Qualified applicants should have a demonstrated potential to establish a successful record of scholarly research, commensurate with rank, as evidenced by copies of published articles or submitted manuscripts to top-tier Information Systems journals, and working papers targeted for publication in top-tier IS journals. Evidence of potential for excellence in teaching is also desirable.
