Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Position Summary: This position oversees employment based Permanent Residency (PR) sponsor ships and selected nonimmigrant petitions, with a specialization in I140 immigrant petitions and O1 sponsor ships. The incumbent assists foreign national employees and sponsoring departments with immigration procedures, ensuring all petitions, applications, and supporting documentation are prepared accurately and filed in a timely manner. The position establishes and maintains compliant immigration records, manages assigned program components, compiles reports, assists with budget tracking related to immigration cases, and monitors departmental projects related to lawful permanent residency and employment based sponsor ships.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment based immigration regulations and processes, including permanent residency sponsorship and O1 petitions.
- Ability to independently assess cases and determine appropriate immigration strategies within institutional and regulatory frameworks.
