About the Role:
The Youth Development Professional works directly with kids and teens in our after-school programs, helping them build confidence, stay on track academically, and grow socially in a safe, supportive environment. • Ability to pass background check, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a school, camp, or youth program setting
  • Interest in sports, arts, STEM, or academic tutoring

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage youth participants during structured activities (homework help, games, arts, sports, etc.)

  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming club environment
  • Support daily attendance and program documentation
  • Work with site staff to keep activities running on schedule
  • Address behavior and safety concerns calmly and consistently
  • Communicate with parents/guardians as needed

Skills:
Strong communication and patience with kids, ability to manage a group, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping youth succeed.
