Position SummaryThe Senior Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Faculty Success reports directly to the Dean and oversees the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, such as our Rural Healthcare, Clinician Retention Initiatives, and building projects. The Senior Associate Dean works with the College leadership and staff to promote the College and serve as a liaison to various College stakeholders, including alumni, donors, the legislature, and College Advisory Board.
