Prototyping & Hardware Design and Assembly for Robotic Vehicle (Student Role)

We’re looking for driven, creative students to join our growing team and help build transformative technologies from the ground up.
- Designing mechanical components and assemblies using CAD and CAM such as Solid Works or CATIA
- Building and testing hardware through 3D printing, machining, and CNC processes
- Prototyping custom parts for housings, mounts, enclosures, and robotic assemblies
- Integrating electric motors and designing power transmission systems (gears, pulleys, belts, etc.)
- Assembling prototypes and refining designs based on field testing
- Collaborating closely with the electrical and programming teams to ensure cross‑system compatibility
- Is a student in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Has experience with CAD/CAM software (
Solid Works, CATIA
) and prototyping workflows - Loves building — from napkin sketches to real, testable hardware
- Is familiar with integrating motors and actuators into mechanical systems
- Understands or is excited to learn about power transmission design
- Enjoys collaborating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Experience with CNC, laser cutting, or manual machining
- Hands‑on work with robotic arms, mobile platforms, or mechanical linkages
- Familiarity with assembly best practices and safety standards
- A hacker/maker mindset — fast iterations, creative solutions, and resourcefulness
