About the Team Lead, Field Technology Engineer Position

We are looking for a Team Lead, Field Technology Engineer to join our dynamic Network Engineering team. In this role you will lead a high‑performing group responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex field technology projects that keep our business connected and secure. You will work on high‑impact projects that shape the future of our network infrastructure and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and certification support.

  • Lead and inspire by providing day‑to‑day leadership for a team of skilled engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Architect the future by designing and optimizing enterprise network architectures, including Cisco ACI, DNA Center, SD‑WAN, and integration with cloud platforms like GCP.
  • Drive innovation by overseeing strategic projects, implementing network standardizations, and championing continuous improvement.
  • Hand‑on impact by supervising network refreshes, firmware upgrades, and responding to tier 2/3 field support requests.
  • Collaborate across teams by working closely with cross‑functional partners to align network solutions with evolving business needs.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an accredited college or university; an advanced degree preferred.
  • Ideally 7+ years in network engineering, with 5+ years in a senior or lead role (15 years preferred).
  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in Cisco technologies (DNA Center, Firepower, SD‑WAN, Routing & Switching), enterprise architecture, and process development.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead teams to success.
  • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and to embody the company’s core values of respect, accountability, innovation, safety, and excellence.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the company.
