Roadway Engineer

An opportunity is available for a skilled engineering professional to contribute to a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. This role involves technical design, project coordination, and problem-solving within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

• Perform engineering work across transportation and infrastructure projects, including design, planning, and analysis
• Prepare technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects of varying complexity
• Develop and review design documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with applicable standards
• Support project delivery through coordination with stakeholders, consultants, and project teams
• Assist with procurement processes, including bid support and contract administration activities
• Monitor project progress and help resolve technical challenges and design conflicts
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in transportation, infrastructure, or related engineering projects
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles and standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Professional engineering licensure or progress toward certification
• Experience with design software and engineering tools
• Familiarity with project coordination and construction support activities
