We are currently searching for an
Site Civil Engineer to join your Grid & Digital Solutions department as part of the Thermal Power & HVDC division of Metlen, for the construction of a high‑voltage substation based in Akaltsikhe, Georgia.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Enforce site safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.
• Report progress and issues to project managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in construction
• Experience in supervising and monitoring subcontractors
• Ability to work on site in Fier
• Experience in industry/energy related projects..
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
