Event Execution & Scullery ; Freelance

Freelance, day-rate role supporting event-day execution and scullery service, including load-in/load-out, breakdown, cleaning/counting/repacking rentals, and occasional out-of-state travel as scheduled.

Table Made is a curated tabletop rental studio providing elevated tableware and event essentials for weddings, corporate events, and editorial shoots across the Southeast and beyond. We stand out for our modern, design-forward collections, obsessive attention to detail, and a client experience that feels seamless from first inquiry to final pickup.

We’re building a roster of reliable freelancers to support event-day execution and scullery service for Table Made. This is hands-on, fast-paced work for people who are calm under pressure, great with details, and comfortable with physical tasks.

What you’ll do (depending on the shift)

Event-day execution support

• Assist with load-in and load-out at venues
• Execute the tabletop design setforth by the Table Made lead
• Follow venue etiquette and team direction on-site

Scullery support

• Receive used rentals back from catering/banquet staff
• Rince, count, and repack per our scullery process
• Separate and flag damaged or missing items
• Search venue areas for missing rentals when needed

Requirements

• Available for occasional weekday and weekend shifts (especially peak season)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to Kennesaw and local venues
• Open to occasional out-of-state travel for events (scheduled in advance)
• Professional, punctual, and able to follow checklists and directions
• Event, catering, dishwashing, warehouse, or rentals is a plus

Scheduling

• Freelance, as-needed shifts based on our event calendar
• Shifts are typically scheduled in advance (with occasional last-minute needs)

Compensation

• Day rate based on shift type (event execution vs scullery) and scope of work
• Travel expectations and compensation for out-of-state events will be shared in advance
