We operate a unique concession-style service within Piedmont Hospital, providing quality food and exceptional service to patients, families, and hospital staff during critical moments in their lives.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated team members to join our close-knit Piedmont Hospital team. This role involves both in-hospital customer service and transportation of products between our main store and the hospital location throughout the day.

Provide exceptional customer service to customers

Transport food products between the main store and Piedmont Hospital location multiple times daily

Maintain food safety and quality standards

Work independently and as part of a small, close knit team

Demonstrate productivity during both busy and slower periods

Show compassion and patience when serving customers experiencing difficult times

Reliable personal vehicle required
- Daily transportation duties between locations

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift and transport food products safely

Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays

Compassionate yet resilient
- Ability to provide excellent service even when faced with challenging customer interactions

Self-motivated
- Capable of working independently and maintaining productivity without constant supervision
