• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
  Master’s degree preferred (MST, MBT, MSA)
• Active CPA license
• 5 to 8 years of tax experience
• Strong knowledge of the tax code and technical accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Lead and deliver comprehensive tax planning services, including review, preparation, and filing for individuals and entities such as corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts
• Build and manage a dedicated tax team to meet client demand and maintain service quality
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors to review client tax situations and identify planning opportunities
• Participate in client meetings to support complex tax strategies and client education
• Engage in wealth management business development initiatives
• Develop and deliver internal training on tax topics, legislation updates, and client FAQs to enhance team expertise
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous practice improvement
