As part of CGM’s integrated global platform, CMF specializes in hedging, risk monitoring, funding solutions, logistics, and market access across global commodity markets.

The CMF Americas COO team partners closely with CMF businesses and support functions to ensure efficient and effective operations aligned with CMF’s strategic objectives. The team supports day to day operations, delivers qualitative and quantitative management reporting, and develops solutions to operational, commercial, and strategic challenges.

Join the CMF Americas COO team to drive operational excellence, mitigate risk, and support strategic initiatives within a leading commodities platform. You will collaborate across teams to deliver middle office, controls, reporting, and solutions that enable CMF to achieve its objectives.

You will own end to end trade lifecycle controls, including trade booking, reconciliations (including P&L), exception management, trade monitoring, and front to back reporting to resolve breaks and support CMF’s regulatory framework.

On a day to day basis, you will maintain a strong understanding of applicable regulatory obligations and assess the effectiveness of existing controls to ensure ongoing compliance. You will support CMF’s regulatory framework by ensuring adherence to prudential and regulatory requirements, while building effective working relationships with CMF colleagues and stakeholders based on trust, collaboration, and accountability. You will coordinate closely with Finance, Risk Management, Tax, Operations, Technology/IT, Legal, Treasury/Group Treasury, and Corporate Governance to resolve issues and support business objectives.
