We are currently looking for a Junior Oversight Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of the Due Diligences on Fund Administrators, Depositaries, Marketing entities along with the NAV-Oversight.

• Review of Accounting of alternative investment funds, securitizations and holding companies based on Lux-GAAP and IFRS.
• Oversight on NAV calculation and monitoring of valuation.
• Reviewing and preparing various reports, such as financial statements and capital accounts, Management Information.
• Liasing with fund managers, depositaries and auditors.
• Ensuring efficient working processes and contributing to various project.
• Performing ongoing oversight on Central Administrations and Register- and Transfer agents for Real Assets.
• Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework.
• Support with ad hoc projects.

• Academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance, Economics or comparable studies.
• First knowledge of alternative investments (real estate, private equity, debt).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles especially concerning real estate, private equity and IFRS.
• Keen to further develop your practical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services, both within Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical and communications skills.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English (Minimum B2) with excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Ideally first professional experience in the area of (fund) accounting, depositary or audit.
• Any additional languages, for example:
  German or French considered a plus
