Role

Summary

Primary responsibility is to support the Lead Analyst regarding invoice, tax‑exemption, compliance, payments, contract modifications, reports, and other duties related to execution of projects. Additional support to project controls and project management teams, while working with cross‑functional teams (legal, purchasing, finance, and accounts payable).

Responsibilities
  • Assist with review of invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects.
  • Manage prevailing wage compliance and certified payroll reporting to ensure strict adherence with Davis‑Bacon Regulations.
  • Support all accounting related functions for assigned projects.
  • Assist project teams with questions or needs related to invoices, payments, compliance, and exemptions.
  • Understand and communicate with vendors on compliance requirements for assigned projects.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and vendor representatives on assigned projects.
  • Perform accurate data entry of information into multiple systems.
  • Collect and track compliance documentation.
  • Process exemption certificate information.
  • Enter and track data in project management systems.
  • Review and track purchase orders.
  • Generate and present reports for assigned projects.
  • Track preliminary notices and collect and approve lien releases.
  • Track insurance certificates.
  • Other related duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong financial aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
  • Demonstrated experience with Davis‑Bacon Act (DBA) regulations, prevailing wage compliance, and certified payroll reporting.
  • 2–3 years of experience in construction industry is preferred.
  • Experience with working in construction project management and accounting systems is preferred.
  • Results‑oriented with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic with commitment to quality and professional work.
  • Preferred technical skills:
    • Google Applications
    • Experience with LCP Tracker
    • GCPay or similar
    • Project Management Systems (i.e., SAP Project Systems, Auto Desk etc.)
Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this role is USD 98,500‑130,480 for GA, IL & MI based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
