Duration: 6 months internship, 30-40 hours/week

• Assist in accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.
• Review and validate accounts payable entries and ensure timely processing.
• Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
• Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis to monitor collection efficiency.
• Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.
• Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Use and maintain the Coupa system for procurement and expense management.

• Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master) of Finance, Business Administration or any other related field
• In the last year of the degree
• Full-time (30-40h/week) availability for at least 6 months

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in English.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
• Project mentoring and supervision, with continuous technical and professional guidance.
