As Controller, you will partner closely with executive leadership, evaluate growth opportunities, support acquisitions and capital investments, and lead a talented finance team. Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and strategic growth.
  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities.
  • Support acquisitions, capital investment decisions, and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capability.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials experience preferred.
