Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted

• Work in telemetry unit caring for adults to geriatrics patient population

• Patient ratio of 1:4-5 with 17-bed unit capacity

• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS

• Must have skills in telemetry, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of dysrhythmias

• Experience with Epic charting system required, also use Pyxis and SBAR

• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs

• Work every other weekend unless specified elsewhere

• Floating required only to sister units in service line

• No call requirements

• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed

• Holiday work requirements based on number of major holidays during assignment period

• Care for patients with congestive heart failure and cardiac diseases

• Full compliance required to start on time

• Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal

• Two supervisory references highly preferred at submission

The organization provides extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
