• Providing direct support services to individuals, including supervision and skill development consistent with individual choices and outcomes
• Maintaining documentation requirements involving individual and/or program record‑keeping
• Assisting the Home Coordinators and/or Case Coordinators with case management responsibilities
• Monitoring and supervising the individuals in self‑administering medications
• Performing various other duties as may be assigned

• 1 year of caregiving preferred

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Acceptable motor vehicle and criminal records report
• Reliable personal transportation
